Hollywood movies use a lot of sophisticated visual effects that make them more lively film. Why do people in Indonesia have not been able to make a quality film like someone out there? Yet here and there actually quizzed Indonesia many people can work from the production house from the outside. Actually Visual 3D games are also a result there are few job Indonesian production house as well. So it looks like open an ability problem but a problem of lack of creative ideas. So that we can only mengerjaakn projects of others, and still can not produce its own product quality.
On the internet many tutorials and how to produce films with sophisticated 3D Visual effects. For example there is a good tutorial here from Wikipedia that provide information on how to film with sophisticated visual effects can be produced. Ranging from simple techniques, using software, and processing the film so that it can be a film with Hollywood quality. Some practical steps in making the film something like the following:
1. Shoot movies, such as regular film production activities. Perform the necessary shots.
2. Create visual effects or animation with 3D software. Able to 3dmax, Lightwave, Cinema4D, Maya, or the free Blender. The software is actually a 3D modeling software that also can be used for animation. In addition to the above software there are some software which is specifically for the purpose of animation & visual effects movie that is Vue, Bryce, Poser and DAZ Studio.
3. After completion of animation and visual effects then performed a combination or merger between the visual effect is commonly called compositing. Software that can be used with Apple Shake, Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Combustion, D2 Software Nuke, Eyeon Digital Fusion, Jahshaka. But for the more real or concrete can use a platform combining software & hardware solutions. The platform can be with Autodesk Inferno, Autodesk Flame and Autodesk Flint.
